
Bob Thilmont - President
Bob Thilmont has over 20 years of experience in industrial and automotive industries. This includes 10 years of international business experience. During this time he developed a deep understanding of market channel development and value pricing. He has experience in new business start up and product launches. The most notable of which was while at Cummins working with Chrysler to provide the service liaison support for the launch of the Cummins 6BT engine in the Dodge pick up truck.
Bob managed the Woodward operation in Australia for six and a half years. During that period sales increased by 74%. He did this by implementing change management within the organization from a sales and service operation to a complete engineering solutions provider. While in Australia, Bob established a start up subsidiary in New Zealand to serve the hydro market in that country. Prior to Australia, Bob lead Woodward’s efforts to establish a distribution market in Latin America. This included establishing distributors in: Mexico, Venezuela and Curacao. His international experience has provided a deep understanding for positioning and pricing products and services in global markets.
Bob earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University. Bob is also proficient in Spanish.
Andy Pawlish
Andy has over 30 years of global business experience. Most recently he was the General Manager for Woodward Governor Company’s Asia Pacific operation. His experience includes several global start-up operations in India, China and Singapore. During his overseas assignments, Andy developed a keen understanding of how a subsidiary needs to be structured to not only provide sales and service support but also to contribute to the bottom line of a company’s business.
Prior to returning to the states, Andy coordinated the Asia Pacific activity for the sale of Woodward’s Global Power Systems business to General Electric.
Andy understands the complexities of global business development. He has a good working knowledge of the business culture in Asia Pacific.

earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State
University.
Dave Fredlake
Dave
has 20 years of experience in product strategy & positioning, marketing
plan implementation and sales channel development from various positions with
technology-driven organizations. Most recently, he was Director of Commercial
Products at Timing Solutions Corp in Boulder. His track record of success
includes business development, creating market penetration campaigns and bringing
substantive new products to target markets.
David graduated from Arizona State with a degree in Electrical Engineering
and received an MBA in International Business from Regis University in 1998.
He also instructs and facilitates "International Marketing" for
University of Phoenix-Online.
